Interior Design
There is no better place to start your career in interior design than at CIT.
With an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design (MSF60118) you will have the skills to plan and detail effective use of interior spaces, with emphasis on space creation, space planning and factors that affect our responses to living and working environments. This qualification will enable you to work in large or small design or architectural practices.
The Diploma of Interior Design (MSF50218) will give you the decoration component and the structural and documentation understanding for residential and retail projects. Whereas the Certificate IV in Interior Decoration (MSF40118) will provide you with the skills to prepare a building’s interior with emphasis on furnishings, finishes and aesthetic presentation. You can gain employment working in retail, or as a decorator or colour consultant.
You'll learn in a studio-based environment and work on real projects. Our teachers have extensive industry experience so you'll be taught skills to make you work-ready on graduation.
