Kick-start your career in HR with this targeted skill set that will build your knowledge and skills across four of the most essential HR areas, reflecting the role of people who assist the human resources function in an organisation.
This course covers a practical approach to conducting difficult conversations, recruitment and onboarding, employee and industrial relations, and performance management.
Completing this skill set will give you four nationally-recognised units of competency which may be counted towards a number of qualifications at Certificate IV level.

Duration:

The duration of the training will be 17 weeks (1 full semester), part time study.
1x 2.5 hour session per week, held on Wednesday evenings for face to face workshops with the addition of online tutorial sessions and 2-3 hours of online self-directed learning.
