Course |
A course is any qualification or collection of subjects or competencies which are grouped together for learning. Each course has title and a code, examples:

CRN |
CRN stands for the Class Reference Number. One subject can have multiple CRNs, each CRN is unique and identifies the specific details of the class e.g. Monday, Tuesday evenings or online. You will see the CRN/s listed on documents such as your Unofficial Transcript, your Timetable or Schedule and your Student Statement. |
Hold | A 'hold' is a block on your student record that can prevent you from re-enrolling, borrowing resources, receiving results or even graduating. If you need assistance regarding a hold on your record, you should contact ɬÀï·¬Student Services on (02)620 73188. |
On your Unofficial Transcript you will see a column headed RSTS which stands for Registration Status. This indicates your status in a course. On your Student Timetable you will see an item labelled 'Stat'. You may see the following Status codes:
