Successful completion of this course will allow participants to meet WorkSafe ACT requirements specified in Section 19 (3) (f) of the ACT Work Health and Safety Act 2011 in addition to meeting the WorkSafe ACT Guidance Note for "Workers who may encounter asbestos in their work must be trained". The RTO who has deemed the participant competent will issue a Statement of Attainment. |
